My daughters (ages 6 and 8) saw Dr Samuels for the first time today and absolutely loved her. She was so kind, so gentle, so funny, and put them at ease right away. The medical assistant, Peter, was kind and competent as well. We were seen very quickly and had a wonderful experience. My girls were disappointed that next visit will be virtual follow-up, they want to see Dr Samuels again. Highly recommend!
Recently, my daughter was scheduled to see doctor samuels for a condition. We were called from a call center on a Monday to schedule an appointment for Wednesday. We went over every detail for the appointment. But when we got to the appointment there was no appointment set. The call center really screwed up big time. I’m writing this with deep frustration and concern. I booked an appointment for my 3-month-old daughter with high hopes of receiving the care she needs. After the appointment was scheduled, I was called and informed that the doctor wouldn’t be available in person, and it would need to be done virtually. Though I was hesitant, I reluctantly agreed because her health is my priority. Dr. Samuels, her assistant Emily, and the front desk lady were absolutely amazing with my son. He was not nervous at all and they really knew how to handle a busy child. I would tell anyone to visit them if you're looking for a kind, fun as possible, check up for your child.
Do not go to Dr. Samuels. She is such a terrible GI. I suffered 2 long years not knowing what was wrong with me and she ordered completely useless tests with no explanation as to why I was getting them done. She was so short with her explanations and wasted my time and money.
