Unprofessional, rude and racist. I called because I am in a current domestic abuse situation I was interested in seeking some advice and I was referredby a friend. My son and I were very happy with the result Francie obtained for my son. She handled a landlord-tenant case which arose from the landlord playing fast and loose with landlord-tenant law during Covid. She communicates well, negotiates well, and her fees are more than reasonable. I would not hesitate to recommend her.
