I have gone to Franchino's for years and done a few remodels/refreshes with great service through 2018. This last experience (2022) was anything but. Catty, rude and inefficient sales people. Not to mention the quote was almost double what my other two quotes were from competitors (same materials). Moving on to a new stone and tile team.
I went into Franchino's not knowing what I wanted to do. I knew I wanted to redo my kitchen but I had no idea how to get started. The sales staff helped me pick just the right counter tops, flooring, and cabinets. The counter top installers did such a great job the install was fast, clean and wow it looks great. For a guy is not married and has never remodeled before my house looks wonderful. Franchino's Stone and Tile I will be back for the next phase of my remodel thanks again.
Quartz top turned out good. Two of the joints near a cabinet had a larger gap then I would like. Biggest issue is that they broke my 300$ graphite under mount kitchen sink and said that they did not break it and that they would not replace it. I was stuck buying ANOTHER $300.00 sink to replace the one they cracked. I went rounds with the owners trying to politely have them fix but they flat out said no. Because of this I will go to Cost Less Carpet next time. Lesson learned. Jerod Cole Walla Walla
I just love these guys my counters look so pretty. It took me awhile to make up my mind but they hung in with me. I'm so coming back to these guys for my guest house. keep up the good work.
