Una señora muy mal hablada al teléfono, pésimo servicio al cliente
Not sure who the lady is that answer the phone but she needs some customer service, very rude, very disrespectful. Very sad. La mujer que coje la llamada es una persona que no la deberían tener hablando con sus clientes habla mal, te deja la palabra en la boca y es como si le molestara trabajar ahy. Que triste que pierdan clientes por la manera de contestar.
Muy mala abren todo lo paquete y se roban lo que uno le envía a nuestro familiar con tanto sacrificio, no recomiendo esta agencia para envíar nada
