Ben is not only a masterful artist with hair, he's a sweet human who runs a high quality and pristine shop in a beautiful part of Boston. Edited to add: I see that the business replied that I called and they let me know I could come in for it to be fixed, so I need to clarify that I never spoke with anyone about this, and it must have been someone else they are thinking of. I did not bother to call about my haircut or a potential fix, so perhaps that's on me, but I would not have wanted to go back in. I received a haircut recently with a trim and some long layers.
