Dr. Francesco Rotatori and his staff were so professional. We have never met a cardiologist so informative and professional with his bedside demeanor and intelligence. Would HIGHLY recommend this physician to other colleagues and family/friends. May he practice for a long time.
This review is on behalf of Marisa Semioli, NP. My father has been under her care, and she has provided exceptional service. My father came in with heart concerns, and she eased his worries. She provided appropriate testing and explained results to him in a patient friendly way. She took the time necessary to hear his concerns, and was collaborative and respectful when sharing treatment approaches with him. She is personable, kind and knowledgeable. I wish more Healthcare providers were like her.
I have been a patient of Dr. Rotatori for three years and consider him an excellent cardiologist who has always answered all my questions. The staff is always courteous in person and on the phone.
Poor Staff Had an appointment with the doctor on March 18 at 2 PM. Arrived at the office on time to be told by the receptionist that the doctor is not available and I can see another doctor. I asked her why I was not informed in advance but did not get a straight answer, this receptionist’s conduct is unprofessional, and it turned me off from this office. Attef Farag
