What a way to treat a customer Outstanding hair cut....great assistants....talented hair stylist are the best. Below par- treatment by the front desk. Why would you have young, inexperience girls working the front desk. Have no matters and one of them need to wear tops that fit her without hanging out of her tops.
Poor Service Why would I want to spend $$$$ when the owners never give me the time of day...Hello...your making money from me and you can't even say hello to a customer that has been coming there for over 2 years...well no more even if I need to found a new salon that doesn't think they are better than the average person. GREAT CUT AND COLOR I've been traveling to NYC for many years to get a great color and cut and was surprised to see the negative reviews here. My hair has been done by well known stylists and colorists who've been on Oprah, named at "top" in the fields in fashion magazines, etc. Though I was happy with my hair, I grew tired of travel to NYC every 6 weeks, so I was referred to Giovanni by a friend. Honestly, Giovanni has done a better job on color and cut than I ever got from anyone in NY. I highly recommend Giovanni!!
