Honest Review from Middle Class customer I have been going to this Salon for 4 years now, since I moved into the area. Just after they finished building it. I have tried other Salons's around the area, too. I left to find lower prices, only to find that really the prices are not that far out of range if you don't use the owner's. I Question Some Other Reviews I'm a little baffled by some of the reviews. I've enjoyed every time I've gone. Yes, they're somewhat overpriced, but everyone was always friendly, and I've always been pleased with the results! Also, every time I've been in the desk staff has been middle aged? Don't know who these "young girls" are?
Best facial ever This salon/spa is beautiful. The waiting area for spa treatments is so relaxing, spacious with a large stone fireplace. I could have spent hours just relaxing in that room. I've had a few facials here and I always leave completely satisfied relaxed with a dewy complexion. And the service has always been polite and professional. One of my favorite spas.
Lorraine Love Francesco and Giovanni Salon and Spa!!! The atmosphere is incredible, sophisticated and very relaxing. The ultimate spa experience. Heather has been doing my manicures and pedicures for years! Couldn't think of going anywhere else!
Inconsistent Results Over priced. One appointment the cut would be good, and the next it would be bad. Too much money, $65.00 for it to be bad. Hires inexperienced Votech students, and charges $125.00 for a bad color/highlight. Doesn't take responsibility for the mess ups. Expects you to pay to fix it. If they do get a good colorist, he/she usually leaves, and doesn't document what color combination was used. You end up at square one again. It's annoying.
CUSTOMERS COME LAST I have been a customer at the salon for a little over a year. My hair stylist is great. She gives the best hair cuts and personal treatment. The bad news that the 2 women at the front desk during the weekday are rude, unprofessional and impatient. Once I had a difficult time about making my appointment and the one women Pattie rolled her eyes at me. The good news is the salon is very nice and the assistants are very friendly.
No Complaints from me I went online to check the business hours for a friend and was shocked by the negative reviews. For that reason, I decided to add mine. I have been a regular for a while now and have never had a bad experience either nails, hair or with the reception staff. Compared to other local salons where the receptionists over-fuss with phony friendliness, I prefer the mature women of Francesco & Giovanni. Me I love this place! Everyone is so professional. Don't go by the negative feedback because you will be missing a great cut and color! I have been going for years and never had a bad time with anyone who works at this salon. I go once a month and always feel great about my cut and color. I see Frank. I think he is the best!
I love it there, it is the best Salon around this area The staff is very nice and is highly trained by the owners even after they've received their beauty license. I personally go to Giovanni, he is very skilled in cutting my hair. Every single time I walk out of there feeling like a movie star, and I've never been unhappy with anything. I also go there for eye brow and lip waxing many of the estitiscians there do a very good job and again very very pleasant.
