I was confident in Dr Ferretti and his entire staff from the onset. The whole procedure was explained and performed in a professional manner.
The reception nurse and the nurse were great. Dr.Feretti spent about 5 minutes with me, didn't seem to care about my pain. Wanted to know why I was there? Waste of my time, but I'm sure he will bill my insurance company! Didn't check anything, didn't ask any questions. Just double up on my medication and check back in 2 weeks. Not going back.
I recently met Dr. Ferretti after some procedures to follow up and I found nothing in his demeanor that suggests he was anything but professional. He answered my questions and worked with me to arrange an appointment around my schedule. The reviews I am reading seem to be about a whole different person. Also I had no issues with the receptionists, they were friendly and kind to me.
Not sure what's going on in this practice but I've left as a patient and will not return. I've seen Dr. Ferretti for 4 or 5 years for annual test. I am thankful for him discovering I have Barretts Asopogus. Highly disopointed in the last years service. I have complain from the begining of pain in my stomach for years. I was told by the Dr in a almost yelling method there is nothing wrong with your stomach! And this was after stomach scan that clearly showed a hiatal hernia.
