I bought a bouquet from Francesca’s Flowers and it was absolutely beautiful — perfectly arranged and lasted an amazing two weeks! Francesca was so lovely to talk to, and I even got to play with her two gorgeous dogs while I was there. Such a warm and wonderful experience. Francesca’s Flowers isn’t just about stunning bouquets (though they truly are); it’s about the whole experience. Highly, highly recommend!

At the start of the year, I bought two tickets for a class run by this business ($310). The class was cancelled due to Cyclone Alfred. I have now spent almost 5 months attempting to get my money refunded. Countless emails have gone unanswered. When Francesca finally answered one of my emails to confirm she would refund me as soon as possible, I made the mistake of believing her - that was two months ago. After seeing all of the great reviews, myself and two friends paid $465 in total to attend a flower workshop in March which was cancelled due to the impending cyclone (totally understandable!). After us following up a couple of times, a rescheduled date of 24th May was organised. I called two weeks prior and spoke to Francesca to confirm the date and arrival time of 9.30am.
