Francesca & her staff are a cut above the rest ! I've been with her since 2008 ! Always up on the latest technique and service...great prices and Francesca always knows just what you need
Alex who answered the phone was pretty rude and very secretive about giving out business address. Tried getting information for wife.
The owner and front desk are so rude to customers. I had to reschedule an appointment and was put on hold for so long and nobody got back to me. Additionally, my girlfriend witnessed the staff giving a different customer attitude for being 5 minutes late. Unprofessional if you ask me
They don't give you a price on thier Botox vile that's thier policy unheard of absolutely reduqles I would sat away from spa's like this its nevada state law to sell it by the vile so why wouldn't they give you the customer the price I'm going to report this spa something is wrong!!
I refuse to go anywhere else!!!!! My Botox results are always amazing! Highly recommend Francesca's!
