My experience was nothing less than amazing. As someone with curls, listen up: Francesca’s knew exactly what to do with my hair the moment I walked in the door for the first time, she asked questions, really took into consideration what I was looking for & educated me on the texture of my hair and what products were going to be most beneficial for it. I went yesterday for the first time. It had been a while since I had a haircut. Francesca did my hair and it honestly has never looked so good! She really took the time to understand what I wanted and she delivered! I have very curly hair and she took the time to show me how to style my hair to get the perfect curls when I do my hair myself. They were nice but I told her I wanted RED something sort of natural, but still VIBRANT and she left me with an ugly color that you can barely tell the difference between red brown and purple hair that makes me look so washed out it’s ridiculous - For reference, I walked in there blonde, and still not as washed out- I left the salon crying and haven’t stopped since
The worst choice for a haircut!! I showed her with photos that I wanted a Bob style cut, and apart from cutting it super short she left it straight. She told me that she was going to fix it but there was no way after cutting it that short. The lady is super unprofessional, if she doesn't know how to do something it's better to say I can't and that's it! She charged me $60.00 for this, so bad owner!
Wonderful people, the owner is fantastic, her work is amazing and personality too 😁 clean, professional, and now i love my hair thanks to them. ❤️
