I stopped by yesterday in search of a dress for a wedding and not only did I find 2 dresses I loved but the sales associates were extremely helpful and welcoming. One of the women even offered to steam the dress for me. Cute and fun little spot in the West Towne Mall.
I just came to West Town mall to this Francesca’s location during business hours and the store is closed! The sign on the door says hours today are 11am - 7pm… it’s 1:20pm and the store is closed, locked, lights off. I have a return to make that now I’m going to miss the return window on because they’re not open during standard business hours. Extremely frustrating and not the experience I expected.
