Very caring and polite. She is a Doc that goes the extra mile
I’ve been a patient for years. Dr. la Rosa tells you what you need to hear and not what you want to hear. Office is great and everyone is very friendly.
Firstoff i thought this lady was nice doctor but i thought wrong. Lifes full of surprises i guess . Unacceptable unprofessional and i let it go on two occasions now its 3 strikes your out. Ever since she moved to smithtown office she stuck up and everyone stuck up and think they better than everyone. Second when you call you cant talk to noone for 20 minutes just to schedule.. Can’t get thow in the phone I waited 45 min no one picked up I just hung up had to go Dow there
I called to get a same day apt because I’m sick. The receptionist told me the doctors next available apt was in 3 days. How am I waiting 3 days when I’m sick and her reply was “then go to urgent care”. Just wow.
