I booked two and a half months in advance I attempted to have balloons delivered for a birthday dinner. After speaking with the manager who was unbelievably rude I was told this was frowned upon. My balloons would be “in the way of dinner service and I would see when we got there”. there was more than enough room for balloons. Disappointing!~ EXTREMELY LOUD! SLOW SERVICE! COLD FOOD! INDIFFERENT STAFF! DIRTY DISHES LEFT ON THE TABLE! NOT ENOUGH BATHROOM FACILITIES! YET-totally popular place in Syracuse, NY. Amazing italian Food I was in town for the SU game and went to francesca's for dinner. We had a great meal and really enjoyed the atmosphere. I will be back!
Great food....poor service! Francesca's is beautful and the food is absolutely spectacular!! Being out back is just breathtaking!! However, the wait staff is awful!!(expect for Patrick!!) It wasn't always this way...they used to be exceptional! Now they are rude, arrogant and rush you out of there!! I would recommend it for the food but as far as service...look out!! Don't expect a pleasant or accomodating waiter!
Great Meal at Francescas – We had a great meal over the holidays at Francesca"s Cucina. The atmosphere and crowd were warm and friendly. The menu was HUGE! Lot's of Italian and not so Italian meals to choose from. I had the vodka sauce. It was to die for! The only downside was that we did not make a reservation. I guess we should have so we waited at the bar having drinks for about 20 minutes. Well worth the wait. We will be going back.
Francesca's Cucina Francesca's Cucina has very good Italian food. The ambiance is lovely and the wine list is good. The service is friendly. The prices are a littlehigh but well worth it.
