I cannot recommend Francesca Movchan as a realtor due to a complete lack of follow-up and follow-through. My experience was incredibly frustrating for several reasons: Lender Issues: I used her recommended lender cause she misunderstood the type of loan I needed. This resulted in an enormous hassle and a higher interest rate. Moving Disasters: She set up a mover who bailed on me after months of planning, leaving me to scramble at the last minute to find a new one. I had an amazing experience with the sale of my house! Just previous to working with Francesca, I had been working with a realtor for 6 months with no movement. The listing strategy with Francesca created movement, and ultimately a contract in just a few days after listing with her.

Francesca won me over from the first phone call. She wanted to know everything about me...and my boys...even the dog, and she took the time to really investigate and understand our needs. She wanted to know who we were first, and what was important to us. She helped this single mama navigate a relocation from the PNW to Prosper, TX, and made me feel completely taken care of. Not only is Francesca an AMAZING realtor who absolutely loves what she does, she’s an even more wonderful person. We went to an open house and just loved what we saw. We immediately called Francesca and because she is so good at what she does, the house was ours 48 hours later after multiple bids came through. We 100% got our beautiful home because of her.
