He is my PC doctor but he didn't see me. Another doctor took care of me even though I had an appointment. I gave blood test and urine test but they will still come back for the result, it has been 7 days.
I love Dr. M. she is very caring and very methodical. I wasn’t feeling well and I had called her and after hearing about my symptoms she sent me to the ER at St. Elizabeth’s. Thankfully, she was on top of what I was feeling because it turned out I had pneumonia. This was a very poor experience trying to make an appointment for my Mother for her annual checkup as a new patient. First they said that Dr. Francesca Marangell is accepting new patients and gave us an appointment in two week. A couple of days before the appointment the office called and they said they have to reschedule due to the doctor's availability, and they gave us a new appointment in three months later, which was changed again to add 2 more months, almost half year for an appointment! again few days before the appoi... read more
The doctor is friendly and easy to talk to. My problem is that she initiated conversation about topics and performed activities that were not covered under the annual physical without ever mentioning that I would have to pay for them. It was a very unpleasant surprise when I got the bill in the mail and needed to pay out-of-pocket for what I thought was a routine appointment. Dr. Marangell& her new N.P. we're so caring& professional ! I finally got to Dr.M., after all the Telemedicine calls, she was even nicer in person ! Very understanding with her ways to stay healthy &reduce my stress !!
