Chef Francesca customizes meals for us with low salt and lots of vegetables. Her salmon dishes are perfect (salmon is hard to get right.) Francesca also makes a range of excellent soups. Always professional and responsive!
We recently hosted a holiday party, and found Francesca after some research on the internet. She sounded very pleasant over the phone, and came over to meet us at our house and helped us decide the menu. She is always on time, very professional, and knows what she is doing. We had decided on four appetizers, all were fantastic. She did an amazing job with the presentation as well.
