Worst office ever. The past couple years I've been going here I've only gotten through twice. Called again today and once again they picked up and hung up on me. Twice. Called a third time, they put me on hold right away without even speaking to me. I listened to the hold music for over 10 minutes and still never spoke to anyone. I would highly recommend you go ANYWHERE ELSE if you want a physician's office that actually cares about their patients.
I believe Dr. Kelly gives you the utmost time in the office that you need. She left the big practice to have her own small country like setting. I feel very comfortable talking to her about anything that is bothering me. She is very thorough in her exams and will not hesitate to send me for testing. To me that is important, as she is a family physician and not a specialist and doesn't try to be. So I highly recommend Dr. Kelly.
Believed doctor was honest and trustworthy. She surely proved me wrong. I was very disappointed in her fake character. And, I was a patient for 10 years.
