Working with Frances was so great! If there’s someone that knows about mortgage loans or any sort of financial help and problem solving it’s her. I’ve never met someone so knowledgeable in this industry. We wanted our home so bad and because of her we got it! She knew the in and outs and all the ways to make it happen. She’s patient and kind. Ms. Francis Nieves took on our case when our original lender from another company failed to return our calls, texts, and emails. Our Sales person at CC Homes recommended Francis to us.
