I started working with Frances after reading her book “ Do You Have The Guts To Be Healthy.” I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis over 30 years ago. Frances did more than help me, she gave me a life back. By week 3 I was able to reduce my pain meds by 50%, I no longer suffered with chronic constipated and I also lost 14 pounds.
