Very bad attitude, no respect and rude. Beside her attitude she has no knowledge and I had to go for second opinion. Which I thankfully did cause all her diagnoses was wrong. I would not recommend at all!
I do not recommend Dr. Stern. She was very aggressive and rough with me during the exam. She would ask me questions and cut me off while I was answering. I don’t feel like she addressed my concerns. Just all around a miserable experience. I needed to reach out to her some months later and all my attempts were ignored. When she finally acknowledged my repeated requests, she didn’t respond directly to me and only gave me half of what I needed. Go to anyone else.
Office staff are lax and incompetent. Due to their negligence I was without my birth control pill for 3 days causing me unnecessary side effects. I notified the office more than 48 hours before I was on my last pill and they still couldn’t call in the refill timely. I called them multiple times and sent a message. It took them 5 days to call in the refill. Good luck dealing with this place.
I was not impressed with my care, or the lack of care felt I should say, during my visit. I did not feel that the severity of the symptoms I’d reported were taken seriously. I went in for a preliminary evaluation in the interest of a referral to a minimally invasive specialist, and I kept being redirected to birth control. Following the appointment, I was told that I’d receive a call to discuss my results within 2 days, and didn’t hear back until I called 7 or 8 days later.
