the moment you enter you’re greeted by a lovely, well dressed woman who is polite and helpful, never crowding. The clothes are easily accessible for finding colors and sizing and displayed beautifully. Said women are available to help you accent your preferences with flowing scarves and the perfect shoes and bag.
My experience at Frances Kahn in Roanoke is always fabulous. I've shopped there from the beginning. Andrea Dixon is always there to dress me in the most up to date style and to make me look so put together. I trust her opinion implicitly. Enjoyed the Anatomie trunk show. Having traveled the world as merchant, I can say with absolute confidence that Rusty has incredible taste and an impeccably curated assortment. Can’t go to Richmond without seeing the very latest at Frances Kahn and heading home with a heavy suitcase and a light heart!
