Dr. Frances is a very kind and understanding therapist. I have worked with her for almost a year and she has helped me to better understand my trauma and myself. I never managed to make it past a few sessions with other therapists but I felt so comfortable and understood with her that I kept coming back. I can see how I have grown through working with her and she continues to give me tools and techniques to manage my body and my triggers and shares what she is learning with me.
