I give 3 stars because the staff I find friendly. However, the provider I had made me feel judged and that they didn’t believe I really have PCOS, once stating, “Let’s say you have PCOS.” When discussing lab results and high liver enzymes, I shared I had been diagnosed with fatty liver, then being asked, “What are we doing about that?” I stated I have started to watch what I eat and trying to get in more exercise. The doctors, folks, let me tell you, they’ve been absolutely tremendous, really fantastic. But the "Nurses" and office staff, wow, total disaster, very unhelpful, very rude. And the waiting, folks, it’s unbelievable – Some people had to wait 2 or 3 hours, just to be seen. Can you believe that? Terrible!
I only give 3 stars because they don't really listen to you what you tell them that's important for them to know and understand.

Poor costumer service very rude and they always make you wait up to 40 minutes for your appointment, very busy all the time to the point where they do not pay attention to your needs as it should be. Doctors need to take their time to really listen and answer better their patients questions and concerns.
