Dr stafford is wonderful ! But the girl that came in with him, to type in all he told my daughter, is rude and judgy ! The nurse who took us to the room was super sweet! But the girl who comes in with the doctor is something else! Dont know her name but she has glasses.Caught her making faces at the answers my daughter was giving, and was lucky I didnt tear into her! I give 3 stars because the staff I find friendly. However, the provider I had made me feel judged and that they didn’t believe I really have PCOS, once stating, “Let’s say you have PCOS.” When discussing lab results and high liver enzymes, I shared I had been diagnosed with fatty liver, then being asked, “What are we doing about that?” I stated I have started to watch what I eat and trying to get in more exercise. The doctors, folks, let me tell you, they’ve been absolutely tremendous, really fantastic. But the "Nurses" and office staff, wow, total disaster, very unhelpful, very rude. And the waiting, folks, it’s unbelievable – Some people had to wait 2 or 3 hours, just to be seen. Can you believe that? Terrible!
I only give 3 stars because they don't really listen to you what you tell them that's important for them to know and understand.
