This is one of the worst service I’ve ever had. They waste your time no matter what. I called them that my usual place is Quest not labcorp. And alway they send me to labcorp so I need to call them to change to Quest. This time the paper didn’t say any information for them to collect from blood. I told them about that and few weeks later I went to quest and they say that didn’t send anything. Besides that no information what they need to collect from blood. WORST SERVICE EVER. This is not the first time.
I wish I could give negative stars. I do not recommend coming here at all. Front desk don’t know what they are doing. Dr. Cruz order I take some test in November, here it is March and I have yet to get my diagnosis. They take your Co pay and then tell you your results are not in. I have a SERIOUS issue going on and I think it’s unacceptable for me to still not have my results back. Sent my mammogram order to lab corp. They lie about calling/faxing your orders in.
