I came in yesterday to get my dislocated shoulder assessed. Frances came in , didn’t ask for my name or DOB, just started with “what can I help you with.” Every question she asked I hardly got to answer before she moved on to the next question. She was very abrupt with me and seemed like she didn’t even want to be there. I wanted to call her out for her lack of bedside manner but was too shocked in how she was acting.
