I booked a video appointment 5pm for Jan. 9,2025. I called the phone listed to confirm. At 5:15pm there was no response. Since then, I received over 20 phone calls and messages from this provider. All of them, I blocked and ignored. I recently filed a harassment report on this provider. I called the Locust Valley police who went there to do a wellness check. I was told this provider was no listed at the location.
