I paid a lot of money to divorce my husband and I am still not divorced! I waited 3yrs after he was served and refused to sign just to find out from the courthouse that they have no proof of him being served and now I have to have him served again and wait another two years to pursue a divorce without his consent!!! Btw my ex was served but I cant prove it and he wont.
