I have never taken the time to give my thanks to Dr. Francelis Ivette Gonzalez, Founder and CEO of Kidsville Pediatrics, Board Certified Pediatrician since 1985. I am a Father that have been at Dr. Gonzalez's office about my children and it have been a great journey and I have had nothing but great experiences by her treatment for my children. I absolutely DO NOT recommend this Pediatrician. We arrived 30 minutes early (1:00pm) to fill out new patient paperwork, as per requested when making the appointment. Unfortunately they do not return from lunch until 1:30. Apparently 8 others families shared our same appointment time. After waiting in the lobby for 1.5 hours, we finally saw a nurse only to wait an additional 45 minutes, without ever seeing a doctor. We are looking for a pediatrician that can provide a higher level of care.
First of all their main head Ana, she hates her job, every question annoys her, she's always in a rush for NOTHING. This place has taken over 4 whole hours just to be called in a room or seen more than once. They've gave me so many unnecessary appointments, they don't seem sure with any answer, plain out rude and unorganized every single appointment for the past year has been terrible.They clearly I haven't been investigated. For faster, proffecional, and accurate service go to E.R. done w/them
Do not recommend at all.. They have toooo much on their hands and not able to handle it.... They are thinking only on the $$$ and not on the kids.... Terrible service ... to schedule an appointment you need to wait on the phone for the longest time. Get to the appointment and do not get out of there after like 2 hours after your appointment time. They do not follow up, if you want to know the outcome on labs or etc you need to call and then wait another hour on the phone.
We went to the Kidsville Pediatrics on Lake Underhill. They charged us for two appointments because they didn't have the shot records the first time. We had to wait and extra 40 minutes for them to obtain the records. They were unwilling to accept that it was their fault they didn't have the records in a timely manner and that we had to pay for and show up to two appointments instead of one.
Dr. Gonzalez evaluated my son after been referred from the ER. She explained my husband and myself all the diagnostic possibilities and she was able to make my son feel better. I recommend her 100%
Extremely long waiting times. Staff does not acknowledge you when you check in. Doctor is quick and doesn't give you a chance to really speak your concerns. This is my 3rd and last time. Looking for another doctor now.
Very poor service. Seems like a bad business practices. Lengthy waiting. I am taking my three kids to different place. Please avoid this place. Very very poor service. I worked in county health clinics, we had time tracking for patients.
