Horrible customer service, both Beth and Sandy refuse to listen and discuss matters politely. In addition was told no permits are needed to install a water heater, but when I called the local township I was told a permit is 100% needed. When confronted, I was told "we install new water heaters all the time and NEVER need a permit".
