I've been going to Fran for several years now and she has been amazing. Her quality of work is second to none. She is extremely talented, kind and patient. She explains the process and the impact of the hair growth cycle. She is very thorough and ensures that her client is happy with their sessions. Just simply disappointed. I choose to not spread her cruelty by sharing why. If your gut has been feeling off, listen to it. There are plenty of other electrolysists in the area with comparable prices and better service. Edit- I don't know who this 'we' is, but no I'd rather not speak to you privately again. I'd like very much to never hear your uneducated hateful political ramblings ever again. You can keep it to yourself.
