Our family has had an extremely difficult experience dealing with management at Fran Mar Villa Mobile Home Park following the death of a co-owner of a home in the park. Despite providing written notice that the estate legally owns a 50% interest in the manufactured home, management refused to acknowledge the estate’s rights or provide basic information such as tenant rules, lease terms, insurance requirements, or whether known park violations had been addressed.
