I have had the most horrible experience with this company. I brought an expensive (and very personal) piece of my jewelery into their shop to have them duplicate it. They held the piece and never did the work and now they will not return my jewelry to me. This has been going on for 2 and 1/2 months and I still do not have my jewelery back. I have been to the shop numerous times and even sent a demand letter and to date they have not responded.
