Fran is all about the best interest of the children! Because of Fran my daughter is now in a better place. I’m so grateful for this woman… She stood up for my daughter & saved her from additional years of mental abuse. I can’t thank Fran enough for all her support & comfort through it ALL!

If this reviwe gets back to Fran Costello, please be more aware of how you treat people. Our family didn't deserve to be treated so poorly by you. We went to you for help due to the recent loss of our son, my husband told you that on the phone. You were rude and no one going through a difficult time should experience what we did at your office today. We cannot and will not ever recommended your services to anyone.
I cannot believe the level of unprofessionalism that I experienced from this woman. From the start, she made me feel unwelcomed and rushed. After 20 minutes of asking me the usual questions about my symptoms, she said, "you have issues" and was so quick to push meds onto me and refer me to AA. I just wanted a friendly listening ear and some help navigating through my emotions. She was unengaged and clearly not wanting to be there. Very bad experience.
