This is the worst law firm I’ve ever dealt with in my entire life. Mia Benson was the attorney that was assigned to my case and after reviewing my materials, I relied on her legal advice to handle my legal matter. Her legal advice caused me to be sued. This law firm, then abandoned me completely and retaliated by dragged out my referral to help cultivate a resolution for this entire legal matter that happened because of them. Legal Shield should provide members with better law firms, as this appears to be a recurring issue. I was referred to them in 2022 after my motor vehicle accident, and communication has been frustrating ever since. My accident case remains open, and when I mention this, people often ask which lawyer is handling it. It can take months to receive a callback or email response, which I usually have to initiate. Scheduling and Communication Issues: From the start, communication was a major problem.
