Horrible customer service. I let them know the issues I was experiencing and because they could not replicate them when they came out to service the garage door, refused to fix it. Even had the audacity to accuse me of lying. Horrible company. Do not use them if you want good customer service and anything fixed.

Your technician was on time, polite, professional and took the time to explain everything to me so I could understand exactly what was going on. He also offered some helpful suggestions which helped me make the right decision for my home.
I was thrilled when this business started as they repaired my garage door in just a few days. They replaced the broken springs and along with giving me helpful tips on how to avoid future problems, they also provided me with a warranty that covers all repairs so I'm never stuck paying for anything out of pocket.
We have been using this company for a number of years now and they are the best. They provide great service, safety, and quality. I've never had any issues with them and would recommend them to anyone who needs a new garage door spring. They're the best in this business!
