I ordered a frame almost a year ago and it never came. After months of waiting I ordered a new one last September. It did not arrive until January of 2021 and I received four pieces of the frame with no way to assemble them together except for perhaps glue which did not work. They are no longer available by phone. I went on to a chat board and asked for my money back. They said they would look up the orders to check everything out and then ended the chat.
