I brought my bike in for a regular tune up and a request to replace the bottom bracket. I was not having any other issues with my bike. I was told my bike would be ready in a week or two. My bike ended up getting passed to multiple mechanics and each time they found something else to fix. For one of the repairs, they replaced the components before telling me the price and then messaged me saying it was totally up to me if I wanted the repair even though they had already done the work. Just a stellar bike store. Morgan, Pablo, Meg, and Lacey are all first rate people who will take excellent care of your bike for a very fair price. Store is connected to a Montessori school as well so kids get a chance to intern and learn about the business. Non-profit place so they will not gouge you. Nice selection of bikes and merchandise as well.... They've been servicing my bikes for 3 years and have caught some things that probably saved my life, no exaggeration. Incredibly welcoming space.
