Poor Customer Service & SUPER HIGH Prices We had a poster that we wanted framed. We went in and paid [the HIGH price] to have it done here. We were helped OK, but it took FOREVER for them to actually complete the order [I mean SEVERAL weeks]. And each time we would call or go in to inquire about the order, we were given poor service and made to feel that we were intruding on them. Specialty Framing Experts We had some photos from Disney and had bought some of their inexpensive plastic picture holders. We really wanted to incorporate all of this together, but didn't know how to go about it. We came to Frames Unlimited. We were shown many different ideas of how they could put them together. We hired them to do a few of them. They turned out absolutely Great! PROS: They can do anything! CONS: Little expensive, but worth it.
beautiful work I has a family picture framed here and they did an amazing job! They have so many styles of both frames and mats to choose from. The employees are very nice too.
