This one comes highly recommended. One of my best service experiences since moving to El Paso. Rudy is a genuine artisan who knows his stuff and delivers on his word. He took my paintings and made them stand out with his craftsmanship and eye for detail. Also did I mention his prices and the value he provides leaves everyone else in his dust. Rudy was recommended to me by Basil Court Whimsy. I had bought an old picture and a gold vintage frame from their shop. I wasn't sure if the two items could be restored together. I took them to Rudy and he did a phonemonal job on restoring both, adding a mat to fill in the empty spacing, and framed the picture with the gold frame. It is a lovely piece of work. I will be taking more pictures to frame to Rudy!! Thank you for all your hard work.
