If I could give a 0 rating i would. They first of all gave us a top rail for a shower in the wrong colour. Then organised to drop it off ti was told not to worry about giving the wrong coloured one back that message was relayed to the delivery driver when he asked for it. He then took the right coloured one back with him instead of leaving it at the door. Then when i rang to get it delivered back to us we were told yes I will tell the driver. Then got a call back to say sorry we can't deliver it it'll be delivered 2 days lat... read more

What sort of a company is this- they won't deliver a few small parts interstate to Sydney. They won't even post the parts in a small Australia Post satchel from the post office. Talk about shocking (non - existent) customer service!
