They are the best when it comes to fixing glasses. I take mine to them when ever I need the plugs to be changed or a wire needs fixing. They take care of you right away, very nice and honest and great customer service.
Thank you Framedoctor. I thought I was going to have to spend 190.00 for new sunglasses. You repaired the frames in less than 1 hour. And fit them for me too
After a bit of frustration it worked out well. My glasses were replaced with new ones @ no charge. Steve did the right thing. I appreciate it very much. . I'm a happy costumer.
I was in and out in under 5 minutes, and they were able to repair my glasses for $10. I will definitely go to them in the future for my glasses repair needs.
I'm Steve, the owner of FrameDoctors in Fresno. I'm not sure what was the situation that phred_too encountered, but all of our repairs come with a 90 day guarantee. So if he/she had a problem it should have been address to us. I'm sorry for your experience and the next time you're in Fresno I'd enjoy discussing a solution for your eyewear. Poor labor quality, replaced ear pieces on my glasses, broke again the next day! $35 down the drain! Not to mention the $30 gas I spent to drive there!
I have been to this store twice and I have recieved the best cusotmer service EVER, and I should know I do customer service everyday of my job. When no one else would fix my frames that I broke accidently. Steve was the only person that would look at it and everyone else was telling me that I had to buy new frames. Steve not only fixed my frames cleaned the lens and then adjusted them to fit me, that was over two years ago and the frames are still working. You can't even tell that they were repaired.
