Sadly, they failed to deliver by Christmas, as promised. Then they shut down for an extended time with no notice. No phone call, no email, and they never replied to my emails. Then when I finally picked up this week, I found that they covered part of an original watercolor with matting. I was very upset and ended up taking to another framer to correct the error. When I tried to talk to the owner about this, she simply said, well, we put a sign on the door, and I do not know why no one called you. Never again.
