I've been on online customer of Framebridge for years but this time around, I had several prints I'd been meaning to frame so arrived at the Wellesley location with a large order including one unusually sized print. I spent an hour with the sales associate finding exactly the mats and frames that looked best with each print. The follow up communication on delivery and shipping was terrific.
They do an excellent job and Keith provides great customer service.
My daughter and I arrived at the Wellesley store with 4 pieces. One reframe and 3 new, brandy was in the shop to work with us and let us look on our own and when she saw the direction we were going in she was brilliant in fine tuning our decisions. The store was busy and she handled each client with such grace giving them a moment without neglecting our needs. I highly recommend!
Horrid quality and customer service
My sweet dog recently passed away and I went into Framebridge to have his paw print framed for my home. I really enjoyed the process and the staff was incredibly helpful. Keith was great to work with, so kind and patient while I pondered different options for something that would mean so much to my family. He helped me find a balance with wanting the piece to be sentimental as well as tasteful so it would fit into the design of my home.
