I have recently taken several pieces to have them re-framed and I could not be HAPPIER with their service and suggestions. Amber, in particular, has a great eye for what looks good with each piece, in terms of matting and framing. She has gone above and beyond to help me make these decisions and has the best recommendations. My husband and I appreicate the staff at the Arboretum, especially Amber! Thank you!

They care a lot about the quality of the product and accomplishing what the customer wants while offering helpful input. They worked closely to select the right frame for an original oil painting and cut a matboard to fit a non-traditionally-sized print.
Not welcoming! They are overwhelmed! Complaining! All you hear is Jesus, I can’t!, someone help me! Desperate people! Not professional and they can NOT sell!!!! There are plenty of places that are welcoming, nice and attentive to your needs.
