The gym has been closed since July and I’m still being charged for my membership that I’ve been asking to cancel since July using both email and IG messages with no response. I’ll keep disputing the charges on my credit card but seriously Mike - this is super unprofessional and shady
I was a member of this gym for 2.5 years. The owner randomly announced the gym would be closed for two weeks at the end of July so he could move locations "down the street" - two weeks came and went and it's now September - the gym never reopened and the owner has gone completely silent on instagram and hasn't responded to requests for more details and subsequent requests to cancel my membership. Love FRAME! Always a good and challenging workout with knowledgeable coaches.
My experience at Frame was positive and I would recommend the gym to anyone considering taking their fitness goals there. Michael was a patient instructor willing to modify each movement to my fitness level. 10/10 would recommend!
