We needed a survey done quickly and Russ was on top of it. We very much appreciated his clear, responsive communication, attention and quick results. And having the bill come in as less than we were quoted was a bonus. We will definitely be using them again.

If you use this company please make sure they respect your neighbors private property. We came across Brad and Russ on our property placing markers on our land. As Brad described doing his due diligence and saving their client 1,000 by doing this. We did not give Fram & Smetana permission to be on our property let alone place markers for land surveying.
