They used to have a wonderful staff a couple of years ago, but went downhill fast. Now they take forever to get anything done and are snappy and standoffish. Last time the sales lady tried to talk me into some very tacky and outdated matting. Definitely not the quality they used to be. Plus the entire front of the store is covered in cheap, dusty do-dads and knick-knacks'gross.

These people do not know what the word archival means. They used masking tape to secure my artwork to the cardboard backing. Their knowledge base is severely lacking. I would NOT reccommend them to anyone.

It took almost a month for two 16x20. Also the staff was not very helpful or informed. all in all maybe a 4 out of 10. would not recomend.
