worth every penny! – I went to Michael's because of a sale they were having and to my surprise Frame of Mind was cheaper. Not only were they less expensive but their customer service was excellent! The young woman that helped me was very patient and friendly. I left feeling pleased with the design and was even happier when i picked up. I highly recommend this business.
Not worth the money – After friends suggesting that I don't take my picture here to be framed because it would cost me an arm and a leg, I foolishly went to Frame of Mind and dropped nearly $250, a good chunk of change as far as I'm concerned, to get a map of Albany framed. On two separate occasions I was told my piece would be ready on such and such a day and that I would receive a phone call.
